Member and credit reconciliation
Historical member records: available in Memberships & Credit Bank.
Current member directory and spendable balances: not yet exposed through this owner sync endpoint. We must reconcile them before migrating the credit ledger.
New policy: 50% of actual paid subscriptions, 100% of purchased top-ups, $0 for complimentary periods. This policy is not activated in the old payment processor by this update.
Existing member credits: preserved in the live system until verified cutover.
